  1. Wow Tony, that was very powerful. Not what I was expecting at all. the first part I was just settling into it but the second part was eye opening and extremely confronting. Excellent work, really interesting and thought provoking. I'm going to be thinking about this one for a while..

  2. This is a different platform in which to deliver a poem! Have to say I played it back twice.

The questions are very common place, discussed among friends over a meal or a coffee that turned into a meal. Still, these things are always thought provoking.

    What I liked about this?

    1. You demonstrated the instantaneous transition from child to adult and then into oblivion.

    2. That sense of life existing like in a blink of an eye, evident.

    3. Urgency, what we had once hoped for had become something else, reality and illusion intertwined.

Great idea, a poem on a video.

Only thing with this delivery is that the pictures in the background detract from the written word. Perhaps, instead of the written word, a voice over might be less distracting?

  6. Thank you so much for all your comments. They really mean a lot to me.

Gina, very detailed response. Thank you for your analysis. I do battle with the notion of voice versus without and the difficulty in trying to read with a visual present. It is conflicting, but you see, I'm not crazy about my voice. Having said that, I will probably use it next time.

    Thanks again everyone.

    :)
